New York, east end of Lake Ontario | We try to get a cover crop on all our acres and have seen the big benefit in them over the years. Have a problem with late season annuals like fall panicum and henbit and want to use an extra spike of atrazine or preferably Princep for control of these late season weeds but am concerned that will effect my fall cover crop growth from the carryover. Normal cover crop mix is ARG, oats, field peas, tillage radish and crimson clover. Any suggestions on a cover crop which will not be effected by the carryover? |
