Soutwest Ks. | Just several days after asking on this forum if I would need to update my PF3000 because of memory issues that some users were having, I crashed my PF and lost data. I had never experienced that before and I quess I naively believed it wouldn't happen to me. I have tried to download the newer firmware and get it installed but I'm not having much luck. Anybody been through this process lately?
I'm not exactly a techie when it comes to computers, so go real easy or you may blow a fuse in my thought process!!! Thanks! | |
