Langdon, ND | Probably but there are also a slew of groups that buy from them or others sat groups that have the same type of imagery and have everything integrated into one place already. They are trying to be a one stop imagery place but I'll tell you this. Their focus is not just agriculture meaning their interest is broad. Find a group that is Ag centric that handles imagery. Those groups actually understand this industry and will usually get you what you need not just what others say you need.
If the bulk of your fields are 40 acres or larger and you want to do VR really the most you need is 10m. 5m is nicer but not a necessity and 1m is too much to make sense of and you'll have to most likely deresolute the image just so the monitor will understand it. Not saying 1m is bad but many times is more than needed. If done correctly and timed right the images from all sources basically will look similar. Certain specs can flub things some naturally but depends what someone can handle and the acres they need to cover with the multiple image dates. | |
