Subject: what are symptoms of kingpins going bad?

Boone, Iowa
I have a 1990 Pete 377 with a setback axle. Lately, when going over bumps, the steering wheel will shake in your hands. We replaced the steering box last year and have checked for bad tie rod ends, etc. We had to replace the steer tires, since one was 26 grams out of balance. The only thing left to look at is kingpins. How can I tell if kingpins are bad and need replaced?
