Some email services like Hotmail have Agtalk blacklisted as spam. The webmaster has tried to get off the blacklist, but it is almost impossible. If you are using a Hotmail email address, then you won't get the updates. Try a different email address (lots of free ones out there like Yahoo, GMail, ect)
