Just got a new to me tractor with a Pro 700. Would like to move field data and implements from my existing FM1000 to the 700. I haven't ever used a desktop program for gps data, I just move data between units with a thumb drive. I found some threads suggesting that I need to somehow reformat the data before loading into 700? Is the AFS Viewer software capable of this? I can't seem to find what I'm looking for on Trimble site

Thanks

Yes. You can move your Client/Farm/Field names from the 1000 to the 700 using the AFS View software. You may also be able to move implements, but I've never tried.

Just read the 1000 data into AFS View, and then export (Write Job Data) in the Pro 700 file format.
