I just heard my wife pull in the yard and that familiar pop of the garage door breaking itself free from the icy grip of the floor. It always breaks free but you then have to hit the button 2 more times to get it open. There's no standing water, just lots of humid air, the result of a tight well insulated garage and wet vehicles melting off. Is there anything I can spray on the floor to keep the door seals from freezing down? Maybe pull a Joe Dirt and use Pam cooking spray? I suppose salt would work but I'm not spreading that all over my concrete on purpose. What say ye?

Heavy duty silicone spray works as a preventative. If it is already froze down windshield washer fluid works.
Your big issue is all that moisture from the melting vehicles is going to ruin your garage, maybe even some of your house. Your garage is either going to mold or rot away. I saw it starting to happen to my garage after just one winter.
Solution would be a good air exchanger or do what I did, crack the windows open just a little bit. Opening the windows slightly makes all the difference. It allows the moisture to leave and drys out the garage.

Floor drains under both vehicles. I don't heat it. 6" open cell foamed walls keep it warm. It's got to get pretty cold out to get below freezing in the garage.

I do have an air exchanger but the heat exchanger part seemed to freeze up in real cold weather so I usually have the windows cracked unless the wind is blowing snow in them. I suppose I could take the guts out and make my air exchanger a power vent.

I know it is too late now, but when we poured the floor of our new shed we put a strip of the polyskid material where the garage door seals. no sticking yet

I use 4 or 5 new large garbage bags where the door meets the concrete, just like they unrolled out of the box, leave them folded, usually enough freezes down to stay in place as long as needed, but the door doesn't stick down, or hasn't yet in 8 years.

My sister has a floor that some rocket scientist thought a good idea was to put a steel pipe in the floor where the seal hit Over the years freezing and thawing loosening the pipe in the concrete . Little did I know it was so bad that occasionally the door would pick the pipe out of the floor . Found that out the day I walked under it and it let go and hit me on top of the head ! Needless to say that will never happen again and she has a dumb groove where the seal hits !

I've seen folks buy a poly wedge from Menards that gets screwed or fastened to the concrete under the door.... Neighbor had your same issue and says this solved it.... wind will not blow any rain into garage either.... think they are about an inch tall and 4-6" wide

Move far enough south that freezing is not a problem???? Or do like some people and spend your winters in FLA, AZ, or the Caribbean. JK
But would it be possible to fasten one of those heat tape deals to the bottom of the door with a long enough cord to allow the door to raise and close?
