Subject: Grain Bagging in the South?

South Texas
The more I think about it, the more grain bagging seems good to me. No wasting half the day waiting for trucks when should be harvesting, wouldn't need to even have my own truck anymore, plenty of grain haulers when they're not needed and lower rates too.

It seems to be more common in the north where things freeze. Here I will be harvesting corn in 100 degrees in July, storing through 2 hot months before it cools down in October/November, unloading likely December to early February. If I put corn in below 14% moisture should I expect any spoilage?

For animal control, I'd build a pen with net wire and a hot wire low and high, that should do for deer, pigs, coons. Birds give any trouble?

What other trouble should I expect?
