Idaho
Ed,
I'm almost due west of you in Idaho and my EZ set up works great. I just did a test run with the T 2 and new firmware and it is smooth as silk. Under "straight" in the dictionary it says "See moonshine's field." I think that moving the AOR w sat may also improve our accuracy/stability. The row crop guys worry about 1" but for grain I'm satisfied. I have no east/west/north/south issues. It's as good as the Intruder's inertial nav system which took us to the grunts day or night rain or shine. Bottom line is it saves time, product and operator (I have not been to the chiroprator since I got it). I've run it since they first released EZ Guide. Also use it to provide speed to a Raven and postion to yield monitor. Works well on an R 72. Harvesting lentils or beans set the EZ Steer, auto header hieght and lateral tilt, then watch for rocks or weeds, use the cell, eat lunch, peel a hard boiled egg or groom the dog.
