Deutz DX90

My dad is interested in a DX90 Deutz. I'm not so sure about them. That being said, aside from them be air cooled I know little about them.
Is air cooled a good or bad thing? Reliability? What about getting parts? Fuel consumption?
What's the good, bad and ugly?
