Subject: Cover crop after wheat?

ontario
I have a small field that is very weedy with some flooded areas so my wheat yield will be very low. I should have pulled the plug on it in the spring and put beans in. I have a bunch of soybean seed from 2015 that still germinates just fine and I was thinking of seeding them as cover crop. Im thinking soybeans oats and maybe clover cover crop? I will be planting corn here next year. How well do soybeans work as a cover crop?
