NE Oregon | Please pass judgement. I think I'm going to try 2# nitro radishes 1# of a kale/rapeseed hybrid and 1# of forage collards per acre, and then add in 30# or so of spring triticale into an alfalfa/orchardgrass field in the next week or so, and plan to graze it off starting the first of October. Is there anything I am missing with this mix idea? Location is higher elevation north east Oregon, with sprinkler irrigation for the field. | |
