Subject: Raven 450 to Teejet manifold

I'm connecting a 450 raven to a teejet manifold with new wiring harness purchased from dealer. I didn't get any info showing how to wire together. The manifold has three wires from each motor one black, red and white. Any have any idea how in need to connect to raven harness? I can get ahold of dealer Monday but would like get it going tomorrow.

The white wires on raven harness are a ground wire for each manifold. I am going to farm where sprayer is that has teejet manifolds in a few hours will post back on what each of three wires does. I can not remember without test light.

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Each of valves will need to get 12V and ground at all times, the third wire when hot will cause a valve to open. The TeeJet wire colors are red for constant 12V, Black for constant Ground and White for the trigger to turn the valve ON.

In the Raven harness there is a red wire, this wire should be split and go to each of the red wires on the TeeJet valves-this is the constant power.

In the Raven harness there is at least one white wire maybe two, this wire needs to be split also and go the BLACK wire on each TeeJet valve, this is constant ground.

The Raven Black wire will need to go to the White TeeJet wire for Boom 1

The Raven Brown wire will need to go to the White TeeJet wire for Boom 2

The Raven Blue wire will need to go to the White TeeJet wire for Boom 3

The Raven Black/white stripe will need to go to the White TeeJet wire for Boom 4

The Raven Brown/white stripe will nee to go to the White TeeJet wire for Boom 5

The Raven Blue/white stripe will need to go to the White TeeJet wire for Boom 6.

If using less boom sections not all the Raven wires will be used.

Once again Raven red to all TeeJet reds, Raven white to all TeeJet blacks, remaining Raven wires individually to TeeJet whites.

This black/white confusion is due to the fact that Raven always uses white for ground. Most other companies use black.

Raven amp connector pin 1 is ground, and I think pin 14 is 12v out. You can use that to power the valves. The diagram has the rest of the boom pins, this is where the white wire on the valve goes
