You can use Apex 1.1 to move original A/B line over to a GS2 display.
Before unloading the lines, you may want to create a backup of them. Place the data card in your computer or card reader. Go to My Computer and open your removable storage drive. Right click on pflines and select copy. Then paste this folder in an alternate location. This will create a backup of the A/B line stored on the data card.
When you unload A/B lines in Apex, you have the ability to assign those lines to a specific farm and field. To unload the lines, go to the unload window and place a check next all the lines you wish to bring into Apex. These lines will appear under GreenStar Guidance Provider. Once lines are successfully unloaded in Apex, go under the Setup tab and select Guidance. This will take you to a page where you can assign the lines to a specific client, farm and field. After you have tied the A/B line name to a specific client, farm , field, the AB line will no longer appear on this screen. The print copy will be the only record of this process. After printing a copy, select Done. These newly assigned lines will now be available once they are saved to the card for the GreenStar 2 System.
