You will also notice that you can cover more acres per day, from increased efficiency (less overlap), ability to do a more accurate job at increased speeds (if fields are smooth enough), and ability to work longer hours if needed (not as tiring, can run lots easier after dark). In an expanding operation, these advantages can mean running more acres with the same machinery and the same labor.

If you are mainly broadacre applications (no row crops), then the EZguide/EZsteer should be a very versatile, low cost solution. We still have one that we used for three years planting corn, and spraying drilled beans. We changed to GS2 and RTK this year, mainly because we started doing some strip till, but for the drills and sprayer, the EZsteer really worked fine.
