Load the upgrade on the memory stick, put it into the lightbar with the power OFF, power up and it may take it a few minutes to regonize that there is an upgrade but it will, then a wizard will guide you through it, it is alot like installing a new program on a computer and the microsoft wizard pops up. Then when it is done upgrading power the lightbar down before you remove the memory stick.
