south central MN | The right of a landowner of the air space above their property is basically the height of their tallest thing extending up from the ground. A top of a silo or leg top would be about it. If a drone was flying above that height it would still need to be flying at a safe distance from people or animals on the ground. The Supreme Court made a ruling on this back in think 1947 and it was around 83 feet above the ground.
