Olivia, MN | Kind of a mess filling out all the forms needed.. Until then i will wait to register when they are ready for drone owners to register.. Paper way by mail is so 1990... :) $5 saved isn't worth the hassle IMO.
Any-who i read somebody's question as to will a farmer's UAS be considered as commercial?. The FAA was in contact with me about this matter and the simple answer at the time was YES. Any tool a farmer uses to get better with rasing a crop to turn a profit, is no longer a "hobby", therfore is now commercial. FWIW...
