| We recently purchased a DJI Phantom 3 Professional. I am having trouble downloading the firmware onto to drone itself. I did it without a problem on the RC. Here's the steps I followed:
-downloaded Phantom 3 Professional Firmware v1.3.20
-unzipped folder
-copied .BIN file onto blank sd card
-inserted sd card into slot on aircraft
-turned on power to the aircraft (with RC power off)
After turning it on, it did the normal sequence for about 30 seconds and then the light stopped flashing and went red. I have called DJI Support a few times, and I have exhausted all of the things they said to try.
