Seen more than one 50 series combine with that problem. JD knows what to fix it just costs $$$$$$$$$. I have a 9550 and bought it used and made sure everything worked before I would buy it. I do have to say it's been the most trouble free combine I have ever ran. Two years in the field and it's never stopped once for anything!! But do try to keep it in good shape. Fred
