Central Montana | I assume that your SIL has the McAfee Security center. If so the Firewall is probably blocking Outlook Express. If it is not then all bets are off. She should be able to click on the little red "M" by the clock. On the screen that appears select "Personal Firewall Plus". On the screen that appears select " View the Internet Application List". Scroll to Outlook Express. Permissions will probably say Block. There is an area at the bottom right that should allow you to change the permission to "Allow Full Access". Hope this helps. | |
