Subject: Heavy duty concrete coatings?

NE SD
Are there any heavy duty concrete coatings for pitted up pads? The pad in our silage bunker is very pitted and I was wondering if there is some sort of poly or something a guy could put down. It would be nice if it would handle several years of abuse from a loader cutting edge picking up feed. Wouldn't work well if it was very slippery.

Also, are there any good shop floor coatings that aren't super slippery. They sure look nice and clean easy but when they get water or oil on them they seam to be dangerous as I'll get out.
