If I grab the wheel as fast as you would if you were to see a hole at the last minuet it will pull of line and you can steer. If I was to just start turning the wheel slow or normal it will not steer the tractor. Maybe I have something wrong with mine. I'm glad I didn't get the ontrac unit.
