Colby, Kansas | It is possible that their ISP and mail servers have your IP's blocked. In my ISP business we commonly block foreign IP addresses, especially if another address in your block has caused spam or virus problems. Example, if someone is causing problems (such as spam relaying) we block not only that address but all addresses affiliated with that internet provider and that block of addresses.
