could be 2 things, i'm guessing the gearing crapped out on it and it seezed, could also the wheel motor that went, either way it gets costly.
wheel motor is around 10k if i'm not mistaken and the gearing is 6.5 a wheel if i'm not mistaken again.
you'd have to pull the housing off to get into it and see if the gears crapped out.
