Here is my 2 cents
My puller sees 1300 at about the 275 mark give or take. I wouldn't wanna run it that hot for long. 1100 all day still isn't what I'd call healthy but that's just me.
There are things you can do to run that hp level with lower EGTs. Turbo and straight pipe being 2 major things.
