Try that with a 332 Trimble on a good beacon and you will be surprised. About a week age Art said that the addition of the WAAS satellites to a beacon receiver wouldn't work because they were not part of the solution. (I interpret that to mean that since the beacon station doesn't use them, adding them to a receiver solution will cause errors.) I then decided to see what the 332 would do if left in one place. Once or twice a day I turn the 332/RGL600 lightbar on and see what the cross-track error is. So far no cross-track errors over about one foot (I have no way to tell with greater precision). This is not a high quality test, but it is day to day and not a 15 minute drift. Trimble has IMO made a big mistake in not keeping beacon capability with their recent equipment. You can add this, but it is a major PITA.
