Home Hill North Queensland Australia | Hi All,
I have been watching with interest the expeience of others with these units. Thankyou for the information so far. I am from a rowcrop situation (sugarcane 5' centres) & am wondering about it being accurate enough. I think I would be happy with the 2" part just not sure how much more will be lost in the ATU 200 use. I have 2 JD 8100's (4wd on 5' centres & a 2wd on 10' Centres) . I am looking to be able to use it this year with an inexperienced operator (17 YEARS OLD) so that he has more time to look at other things ( I realise that this does not always occur though ). So just interested on peoples experience with holding the line. I only do 2 or 3 rows at a time (10' or 15'). 2/3 of my ground has been marked out with an auto farm with RTK & greenstar. I do not own the Atu 200 so am still open to any of the other options. I do like the idea of being able to change tractors with that or the ez-steer however.
TIA
Ian
