The Shivvers would probably be the most expensive in total cost, but it does allow you to dry corn as a continuous flow, whereas the stir machines and top dry are batch designs. Stir machines give you the most bang for your buck, try NECO Stir-Rite. All three have close to zero residual value once they are installed, and are not adaptable to changing needs. If you need more capacity you have to put up a bigger bin.
