Subject: OSB or Plywood for bottom 8' in shop

Southern Ontario

For those of you who have installed OSB around the bottom 8 feet of your shop, did you wish you went with plywood instead? Dose OSB hold all the stuff you have screwed to the walls?

My experience with OSB is that it breaks apart and soaks up moisture easier compared to plywood. I am planning on having a 2' knee wall around the perimeter of the shop to build the walls on so the plywood or OSB wont be directly against the floor.

Just looking to save some cash here and there on the shop project to spend elsewhere.
