My brother in law owns a service shop and does mostly mechanic work. He has said you cant believe how many people owe him, come in and expect you to keep working on their stuff. Also how many people owe him and act like they dont. Dont let people get far out on bills. If he buys steel and then get stuck for that and time things go sour fast.
Good idea or not?
