Because I want something that will work for me. Cheap is a relative term. I don't care about the cost, it is the roi that makes a difference. I think I will actually have at a minimum 5 users, or $25/month.
As I mentioned earlier, I am not a one man band. Most of the service work is done by my guys. I want them all to be able to independantly enter information and sync it with each other. This is what is hard to find cheap. I also need to be able to customize the fields in the tables, forms and tables.
If I can use it to keep track of inventory of something simple such as oil filters in real I can keep everything in stock ahead of time. If I have to send a guy to town to buy a filter at full retail, I just lost more than my $5.
If you can find me an a cheaper app that does everything I need, I will pay you a years worth of my $5 subscription.
