Ragweed is one of the tougher ones to clean, you can try all theseideas but when you get done you are still going to have ragweeds in your grain. You are going to have to spray the oats after planting to get away from this problem. Some don't like to spray because of underseeding. Should that be the case then it's trade off. If the oats are worth enough put them in a bin with lots of air. AFter a few days the ragweed will blow right out. If you have a rotary grain cleaner with the right screen most will come through.
No easy answer except spray the oats.
