Microsoft blocks all email from our server as spam, so you can not complete the registration using a Microsoft email address. We jumped through all sorts of hoops trying to get off their blacklist.  We modified our registration email.  We joined their anti-spam program, etc.  They cleared us for 2 weeks and then blocked us again.  We finally gave up and no long accept registrations from any Microsoft email account.
