Subject: RE: Seed Beans still in Argentina

Goff Kansas
beans are going in the ground here wet, and the dirt is cold.. The dealer made the remark that he hoped no one had to replant, because beans seed is not there for it.. He had called before that and was making comments that the bean seed, while only 85 germ, is very small, around 4000 for one number, and even 4200 for another.. I have never even heard of it that small. Cheapens' it up per acre, but that scares me a little. If we only get one shot, i just as soon it be a good size seed.

Side note, we are done with corn, and have not started beans or milo.. was seriously thinking of adding some more milo instead of beans.. While we do not matter in the grand scene, there are a couple guys switching small amount of acres back to corn.. more profitable, and i can't help but think we a great amount of certainty, and on a weather scare june or july, this stuff can be contracted above 7 bucks..

he said nothing about monsanto seed being stuck down there, but i don't hear everything..
