The other factor that may be at work is the age of the refineries, the older they get the more it probably costs to maintain them. I also wouldn't be surprised if there were some acctng factors at play that may have shifted profits differently now that there aren't many independently owned refineries any more. Numbers don't lie, but shrewd people sometimes do. | |
