There is no factual information that gas will reach that expected level. BUT, as long as people talk about it and get the word spread then they just expect it to rise because everyone talked about it. As long as they know that the public consumer is talking about and expecting it they will raise it and keep on raising it and give some BS supply and demand excuse. We have got hundreds of years of supply in our own country but we cant dig for it cause it might cause population changes in some striped bird or something like that. One of these days we will find an alternative source for fuel and we will be left with all this oil scratching our head saying we probly should of done something with that oil insted of feeding the enemy in the middle east.
