50% restocking charge for the wrong parts sounds a little like robbery. With the new parts guys at our JD counter (well, they've been there for almost 2 years now), it's pretty much a 50-50 deal that they will find the right parts in the book. I'm glad they don't charge me that or I'd never go back.
