| They've had stable releases of 1.* and 2.* versions. This is a Beta of their version 3.* stuff. It is fairly common to have betas of new major releases, as well as betas of interim service packs for an existing stable release. With most companies, a move from one major version number (1.x to 2.x) is a paid update. Moves within a major version (2.3 to 2.4) are expected to be free. Not sure what the FarmerGPS policy is. | |
