| Check with your seed dealer, many times they have more "pull" with the manufacturers and can get you a reel sooner. We got a Kelderman reel through Pioneer a couple of years ago. It worked and made an impossible situation manageable, but I sure hated that thing. We just about destroyed a new corn head that year. It will put a lot of stress on the back of your head, and you still have to have the dividers down in the rocks, dirt and junk, but I think they are the best option. We still have ours, and I hope we never need it again. Good luck. I feel for you. | |
