I have never seen a `15 Dayton spoke wheel that wasn't a split rim .
I would think it almost impossible to make a casing heavy enough for
lowboy service that you could get over a drop center 15 inch rim .
There bad enough on a split rim since the lowest ply I ever saw on a lowboy was
14 and I do believe at one time 20ply .
Most newer Lowboys went with 19.5 low pro type tire on drop center rims
that are hub piloted .
And are a real bear to mount .
