ND | we have an ultrashift 13 speed. The main thing I HATE about it is the downshifting. It jakes down way to far in the RPM range (1250-1300rpm) before it shifts down again. If I draw short straw and have to drive it, I throw it in manual and keep tapping the shifter down until it finally downshifts. Other than that, Dad loves it so I guess its staying.
FWIW me and the old man had a drag race with the ultrashift and a manual 13. Loaded with the same truck, same engine, same trailer, same weight and I ran away from him with the manual | |
