Subject: How to cut soybeans...?

I bought a flexhead this year. I've never run before...I'm used to a rowhead. Upkeep on my rowhead is what prompted me to buy a flex.

Now, I have irrigated soybeans that are every bit of 5' tall in 30" rows. How am I supposted to cut those with a reel? Any tips or suggestions on first time flex users?
