Any other machine, probably not.
The critical value is the potentiometer. Most Millers and a lot of other machines use the same pot value. Worst case scenario, you could probably use any manufacturer's housing, change the potentiometer, and have an operational pedal.
The nice thing is that you can go to Miller's web site, and get the value and wiring diagram for the machine.
