Yes Ringo that was the problem. My wife was saying it all happened when they were doing a ctrl, alt, delete. Must have hit an arrow key instead of the delete key! Anyway she tried ctrl, alt, arrow thinking she may have hit this combo and sure enough it went back to normal.
HELP my display is off 90 degrees!!!!!
