Subject: Any tips on setting up a JD 3300 to harvest oats?

Hi, I have a JD 3300 that was only used to harvest corn for the last 5-10 years. The grain head needed some work but I have it working well now. I do have a manual for this combine but since I am new to harvesters I thought I would ask you guys if there is anything I should keep watch for to make sure things are set up properly. I was going to set it up according to the manual specs and go from there but I really have no idea what I am doing so any thoughts on what I should or shouldn't do would be great.

I guess my biggest worry is that all the oats are going to go out the back of the machine and it will take me 5 acres of oats before I get her close to what it should do.
