Subject: What to plant for a cover crop?

Ellsworth, Wisconsin
We sold all our corn today to a neighbor that milks a 1,000 cows. They are going to come chop it off in the next few days. I'm looking at possible things to plant to replace the N lost by the stalks and then some. Any suggestions? Maybe tillage radishes. We would probably no-till it in and then no-till the corn into it in the spring or plow under. We are still deciding how much no till we want to do. There is a lot of cover crop mixes out there online. Any one in west Central Wisconsin like a particular mix? Might try a few different crops.

TIA
