| It was extremely easy. I just changed the 2 strings and baud rate, set the gps type in the 600 and I was ready. Mine is on an original display, if yours is a GS2 it could be different. The cable comes with zipties and some self adhesive pads that you can stick to your roof or any other flat spot and tie the cable down with a zip tie. I was dreading taking the roof off and routing the cable but after seeing the tie downs, I took the easy route. Not as neat as under the roof but from start to finish I had the cable routed and everything workin in less than 30 minutes. | |
