Outback is behind the curve on steering by wire. All their solutions are hydraulic valve currently and they have no solution for the 700 and 800 series Challengers, even hydraulic, the last i knew.
With their purchase of Beeline, they should be able to steer via the CAN bus in the very near future, but not now. It is in the pipeline.
