Hillsboro, AL | Ron, what kind of foot switch were you using. I have a foot switch on two units now and I love them. I find that my hands and busy and I don't need anything else for them to do. The foot switches that I have (they are different brands) don't engage until you release the switch. You can put your foot on the switch and hold it until you are ready to engage it. As I said, it engages when you release the switch. I put my foot on the switch when I am half way around the turn and then I release the switch when I want the AP to engage. This works particularly well in the sprayer. One hand is steering and the other is on the hydro lever. You really don't have time to reach for a switch or a hand to hold one.
